With more than 25 years of teaching experience spanning India, the United States, and the online world, Anita Rathi brings a rare depth of perspective to university admissions consulting. Her career bridges two continents and every level of education — from shaping CBSE Computer Science curricula at one of India's most prestigious schools, Delhi Public School R.K. Puram, to teaching at Stanford University, Northeastern University, University of San Francisco, and California Polytechnic State University, USA.
Her academic credentials are equally formidable: a Bachelor's in Computer Science , a Master's in Computer Applications, a California Teaching Credential, and Doctorate in Education from the University of San Francisco. She is also trained in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) — a pedagogical framework that informs how she approaches every student's unique profile.
Having guided students on both sides of the application table — as a faculty who has written hundreds of recommendation letters and as a Learning Scientist who understands what top universities actually value — Anita founded Altiora to make that insider knowledge accessible to ambitious students applying from India to the world's best undergraduate and graduate programmes.
